Jacaranda Foundation invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:

Position 1: Principal – Vocational School

JOB OVERVIEW 

The Principal will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for the Vocational School, ensuring high-quality training delivery, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strong partnerships with industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

 • Provide overall strategic and operational leadership

 • Oversee curriculum delivery, training quality, and assessments

 • Supervise instructors and support staff

 • Ensure compliance with TEVETA and institutional policies

 • Strengthen partnerships with industry players and stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

 • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Technical Education, Management, or a related field

 • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in vocational education or institutional leadership

 • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
