1. SUITE LEADER – ZOMBA & MZUZU

Reporting to: Head of Private & Executive Banking

Role Summary:

The Suite Leader will oversee the Private Banking suite, act as the primary contact for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and ensure delivery of responsive, proactive, and tailored financial and business solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Banking or Relationship Management
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role
• Strong planning, interpersonal, and analytical skills
