Solid Construction is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following full-time positions:

🔹 Land Surveyor (1 Position)

Qualifications:

✔ BSc in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field

✔ OR Diploma/equivalent with at least 10 years’ hands-on experience

Experience & Skills:

✔ Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in cadastral & land surveying

✔ Experience in engineering surveys and quality control for civil & building projects

✔ Computer literate with good communication & interpersonal skills

🔹 Quantity Surveyor (1 Position)

Qualifications:

✔ BSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field

Experience & Skills:

✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience in BOQs, estimates, tender documents, interim certificates & final accounts

✔ Experience in site supervision & site meetings

✔ Computer literate with good communication & interpersonal skills

🔹 Site Foremen (3 Positions)

Qualifications:

✔ Diploma in Construction Management, Trade Test Grade 1, or CIRA Foremanship Level 2

Experience & Skills:

✔ Minimum 8 years’ experience in site management & building construction

✔ Good record keeping and reporting skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple construction sites

🔹 Plumber (1 Position)

Qualifications:

✔ Diploma or Trade Test Grade 1 in Plumbing or related field

Experience & Skills:

✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience in plumbing works

✔ Experience in vulcathene installations is an added advantage

✔ Able to work with minimal supervision

🔹 Storekeepers (3 Positions)

Qualifications:

✔ MSCE with good passes in Mathematics & English plus 5 years’ experience

✔ OR Diploma in Procurement/equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience

Experience & Skills:

✔ Knowledge of inventory management & administration

✔ Computer literate with good communication skills

✔ Able to handle site workers

💰 Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
