Location: Lilongwe

Position: Full-Time | Salary: Competitive with benefits

United Civil Servants SACCO, Malawi’s largest and fastest-growing SACCO, invites applications for the position of Head of Finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting (Master’s is an added advantage)
• Professional certification: ACCA / ACA / CIMA (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior finance role (CFO/Finance Director level)
• Strong analytical, reporting & leadership skills
• High integrity & attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting & forecasting
• Oversee financial reporting & compliance
• Manage cash flow & financial risks
• Lead and develop finance team
