A newly established hospitality institution in Kanengo, Lilongwe, is inviting applications for multiple positions.
CHEFS – HEAD CHEF & ASSISTANT CHEF (2 POSITIONS)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present meals per approved menus
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Plan menus, manage inventory, and control food costs
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and supervise kitchen staff
Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Experience as a chef in a reputable establishment
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen management
- Ability to work flexible hours under pressure
