ASTRIA LEARNING LIMITED (UNIMA E-CAMPUS) – ADMISSIONS CHAT OPERATOR
Location: Lilongwe
Astria Learning Limited (UNIMA E-Campus) is seeking an Admissions Chat Operator to engage and assist prospective students primarily via WhatsApp, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to prospective student inquiries on WhatsApp
- Provide accurate information on programs, admission requirements, and deadlines
- Maintain daily logs of student interactions
- Follow up on leads and send reminders/guidance
- Collaborate with the admissions team and escalate inquiries when needed
- Identify frequently asked questions to improve communication strategies
- Handle multiple chat conversations accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage enrollment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or academic setup (higher education experience an advantage)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in WhatsApp Web, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with academic programs and admissions processes is a plus
