🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan and deliver quality maternal and neonatal nursing care

✔ Apply evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes

✔ Document and maintain accurate maternal and neonatal care records

✔ Compile reports and handover notes

✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

✔ Adhere to infection prevention and control standards

✔ Participate in maternal and neonatal audits

🔹 Key Performance Areas

✔ Neonatal complication and mortality rates

✔ Success in neonatal nursing procedures

✔ Admission/readmission rates to neonatal HDU

✔ Quality and completeness of clinical documentation

🔹 Qualifications

✔ Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery with at least 3 years’ experience in a Neonatal Unit

➕ BSc in Child Health Nursing or Neonatal Health is an added advantage
