Position Summary

The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising field operations, coordinating sales and installation teams, and ensuring the effective implementation of solar energy projects. This role requires a proactive and organized professional with strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate diverse teams toward achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise daily operations of field agents, technicians, and marketing staff.

- Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and customer service for all solar energy projects.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Oversee logistics, inventory tracking, and proper documentation of field activities.

- Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and adherence to safety procedures.

- Compile weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.

- Facilitate training sessions and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff.

- Support community engagement, product awareness, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

- Resolve field challenges promptly in collaboration with technical and management teams.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, Community Development, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in team leadership, field coordination, or operations management.

- Experience working in the renewable energy or development sector is an added advantage.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Valid motorcycle or driver's license is required and willingness to travel to rural areas.
