POST: RESORT SUPERVISOR
Domino Coconut Resort
Location: Domino Coconut Resort-Likoma
Domino Coconut Resort is seeking a qualified and experienced Resort Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about hospitality management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate daily resort operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Lead, train, and evaluate staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive stay.
Plan and oversee recreational activities and guest programs.
Monitor budgets, cash handling, and inventory control to ensure accountability and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all departments.
Collaborate with other teams to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports as required.
Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure resort standards are upheld.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory or hospitality operations role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications relevant to hospitality operations.
