POST: SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Location: Target Head Office, Blantyre
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Target Security Group Limited, one of Malawi’s leading security service providers, invites applications from qualified and results-oriented individuals for the position of Systems and Technology Officer based at our Head Office in Blantyre.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve ICT systems that support company operations, including ERP, payroll, and guard management systems.
Ensure network and data security across all company sites and regional offices.
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and surveillance technologies (CCTV, access control systems, GPS tracking, etc.).
Provide user support and troubleshooting services to all departments.
Lead system automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Manage vendor relationships for ICT equipment, software, and technology service providers.
Ensure data backups, recovery plans, and ICT compliance standards are effectively implemented.
Prepare periodic ICT performance and security reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ICT systems management, preferably in a corporate or security-related environment.
Strong knowledge of networks, databases, and system integration.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, CCTV technologies, and access control solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
