We are seeking a skilled and motivated Regional Agronomist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of agro-chemicals, fertilizers, seeds, and agronomy practices. This position involves managing product demonstrations, conducting farmer meetings, communicating with dealers, and implementing marketing strategies to drive product awareness and adoption across the region.
If you have a degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field, and 1–2 years of experience in Agri-input sales, crop management, and agro-chemicals — this is your opportunity to grow with us!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
1. Professional Qualifications:
- A degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales of Agri inputs, and have knowledge about the crop cultivation and crop protection.
- Strong knowledge of agro-chemicals, fertilizers, seeds, and crop management practices.
3. Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate with farmers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
4. Personal Attributes:
- Integrity, honesty, and confidentiality.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
